Cardiovascular Wellness

Weekly Schedule

April 2020--No LIVE sessions currently.  Many ZOOM (online) classes.  Please email Linda to get on the email list for links to these classes:  csuscvwellness@gmail.com


 MORNING SESSIONS

Exercise per usual, Tues, Thurs and Fri mornings, 9 -11:30AM.  

       Usual group activities during this period:

  • 9:30AM tai chi intro 
  • 10:00AM group stretch/core/balance routine
  • 10:30AM tai chi, both standing & sitting
  • 11:00AM group resistance training

    Get your 30-60 minutes of CV activity around the group things you want to do.   

Educational presentations usually follow at 11:45 am.


AFTERNOON SESSIONS

Exercise room open Mon, Tues, and Thurs afternoons, 12:30-3:00 pm

    Group activities during this period

  • 1:15 pm group stretch/core/balance and/or circuits
