Your stress management habits have a big place in optimizing your health.
The Wellness Program encourages mindfulness and provides a selection of activities that foster the concept of mindful relaxation. Guest presenters come in regularly to lead either cardiac yoga or another guided mindset activity. The group stretch and T’ai Chi also serve this role for some individuals.
